A Students' Grievance Council in an engineering college is vital for ensuring a healthy, transparent, and supportive academic environment. It serves as a formal platform for students to voice concerns related to academics, administration, campus facilities, or interpersonal issues. By addressing grievances impartially, the council fosters trust between the student body and the administration, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently. This not only helps maintain student well-being but also contributes to a more positive campus atmosphere, enhancing overall satisfaction and productivity. The council also upholds fairness and equity, ensuring students' rights are respected and upheld.
